  • This course is completely free and is a beginners starter course for those that are complete zero. We offer a brief introduction to learning Italian with a real teacher.  Italian is not only spoken in Italy but also in Switzerland and some parts of Malta, Vatican State, San Marino, Croatia, Slovenia and France. Available worldwide to everyone with internet connection can join us!

     

    Organizing these free lessons for you is a pleasure for us, please make sure you read and look at the calendar and other info to avoid questions already answered.

    ◊ Tuesdays: 18:00 to 19:00 & 19:30 to 20:30

    ◊ Thursdays: 18:00 to 19:00 & 15:00 to 16:00

    ◊ Fridays: 10:00 to 11:00  & 11:00 to 12:00

    > Lessons 1: Introducing yourself with common phrases

    > Lessons 2: The Verbs to BE & to HAVE

    > Lessons 3: Common Italian verbs

    > Lessons 4: Describing yourself

     

    How to participate?  Send us an email at info@expatslivinginrome.com  and confirm your level and we will send you the info to connect online.

     

    What if I can not attend? We ask you to cancel/confirm the night before or same day by 2pm same day either by email or in the whatsapp chat for your class. Wwill remove you if you DO NOT cancel or communicate to us you are not attending.

     

    Can I repeat the lessons? Yes, you can but we ask you stay on the day you confirmed with us so that you stay with the same learner/students.

     

    What device can I use?  Please use a PC if possible (it’s ok for phone and tablet but you will have some technical problems). Video should be on and audio muted unless you are talking.  Use a quiet area to learn if possible.

     

    Is it a good idea to repeat the same lesson? Yes, for some people it is a good idea to repeat it. It also, depends on what other languages you speak and how well you do with learning a  new language. Everyone learns at a different pace.

     

    Can I sign up for real lessons and also do the free lessons? Yes and because space is limited we recommend you  see what is available and when the new classes start. (Look here for details for our paid course)
