-Male or female
-Fluent in English is a must, intermediate Italian and 1 more language.
-Knowledge of social media.
-Exceptional guest service standards, organisation and attention to detail.
-A warm and charming personality, confident with communicating at all levels.
-Excellent team management skills and the ability to work within a dedicated and passionate team.
