This immersive one-day training introduces the foundations of Reiki and gives you the tools to begin using it for self-healing, supporting family and friends, and even offering gentle healing to pets.

During this experience, you will explore the history of Reiki and the 5 Principles (Gokai), receive your Reiki Level 1 attunement, and learn to understand the human energy field and the seven chakras. You will be guided through how to sense, scan, and work with subtle energy in a practical and accessible way.

The course includes hands-on learning, where you will practice hand positions for self-healing and treating others, learn how to structure a Reiki session, and understand how to prepare the space, yourself, and the receiver.

You will also be introduced to practices such as Hatsurei Ho, along with practical ways Reiki can be used in everyday life—including supporting pets, plants, and even energizing food.

By the end of the day, you will have received your Reiki Level 1 attunement, gained foundational knowledge of Reiki practice, and experienced both giving and receiving Reiki in a supportive group setting.
