Apartment Layout & Roommate Information

The apartment features a kitchen with access to a private balcony. You will be sharing the living space with one friendly, respectful Italian male who speaks fluent English, has traveled extensively, and smokes strictly outside on the balcony. We are seeking a stable living arrangement and prefer a tenant who maintains a regular daily routine.

🔑 Important Note on Common Areas & Dual Entrances

The layout includes two separate entrances. The primary entrance opens directly to the bedrooms and bathrooms for total privacy. The second entrance leads to the living area, which is utilized by Expats Living in Rome for meetings and language lessons on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays (varying schedules between 9:00 and 21:00) more or less 20 hours a week. When classes are not in session, tenants are welcome to use the office space.
