Apartment Details:

– The apartment has a balcony off the kitchen.
– You will be sharing the apartment with one friendly, respectful Italian male who is fluent in English and has traveled extensively. He is a smoker. He smokes outside on balcony.
– We are seeking a stable living arrangement and prefer a renter who comes and goes regularly.

Important Note Regarding Common Areas:

The apartment has two separate entrances. One door leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The second door leads to the living room, which is used by Expats Living in Rome for meetings and Italian lessons during the following hours:

Tuesday to Friday: 9:00 to 21:00, or 16:00 to 21:00, or 9:00 to 14:00. Schedule changes. When the room is free you are able to use the office space/living room, but normally no one likes being in that room because it’s isolated from the rest of the house. The kitchen is super and social.

Rental Terms:

– Type: Short-term rental.

– Availability: NOW to March 31st and then again from July to December 2026. We are aiming to maintain the same renters, and successful short-term tenants will have the option to book in advance for subsequent periods.

– Cost: €800 per month, all utilities included.

– Address: Via Portuense 104, near the Trastevere train station.
