Step into the heart of Rome’s history with Taste’accio’s aperitif tasting, held in an authentic archaeological cave. Enjoy a carefully curated experience of flavors and local craftsmanship:

Gastronomic Tasting – €25 per person

• 4 rare cheeses from different types of milk
• 4 traditionally cured meats
• Pickled vegetables & crispy pizza bread
• 1 glass of natural wine (additional glass €5)

Local Wine Tasting – €35 per person

• 3 local wines served in full glasses
• Accompanied by a small platter

Dietary Options

• Gluten-free: packaged crackers instead of pizza bread
• Vegetarian: extra selection of pickled vegetables & cheeses
• Vegan: panzanella (advance notice required)
