Smoking Preference: The landlord prefers non-smokers, although it’s worth noting that one of the current residents in the house is a smoker.
Pets: Regrettably, pets are not allowed on the premises.
Current Resident Description: You will be sharing the living space with an older American professor specialized in Roman law, Roman gardens, Latin, and public speaking. Despite his age, he maintains an open-minded attitude and is fluent in English, French, and Italian. He usually departs for work in the morning and returns home late in the afternoon. Additionally, he occasionally has a friend over for dinner on weekends.
Transportation: Convenient bus routes H and 8 are easily accessible from the location.
