StreetGym – A new way to experience outdoor sports while admiring the most evocative places in the city. A functional circuit training of 50 minutes with 9 traveling stations which includes an aerobic and an anaerobic part. A real training session adaptable to all individual’s needs with more than 600kcal burned per session.
During a training session, a tour guide will give historical information about the monuments that we see passing or working out in front of! Yes we use the spanish steps too! keep always in mind that our activity is a blend of Sport, Culture and History (so not just sport). Are you ready for the experience? The fun?
