The house is simply furnished in a rustic fashion befitting an old farmhouse, it is not fancy and the price reflects this. This property will appeal to those who are on a budget and therefore willing forego having amenities in lieu of beautiful surroundings, peace and quiet. There are two large bedrooms with king beds, writing desk, luggage racks; a kitchen/living area, bathroom with large walk-in shower and laundry room. The house is equipped with anything you might need to live and be self sufficient. It has lightening fast wifi, air conditioning, central heat, and a fireplace.
The house dates back hundreds of years and was at one point used as a watch tower. There are no stairs to the upstairs bedroom, but rather the original wide plank ladder. The house sits on 7 acres of land with fruit trees, and has a beautiful view of the medieval town of Lippiano with its castle and churches. Lippiano is a small town of only about 150 inhabitants with a post office and the town cafe The locals couldn’t be nicer and the town, untouched by tourism, has remained unchanged. It is near all of the important historical cities while remaining off the beaten path.
