Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and organize daily office activities and meetings

Manage office supplies and support apartment-related needs

Welcome and assist visitors to the office

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

Support the HR team with scheduling interviews, meetings, and transportation logistics

Answer and manage inbound phone calls professionally
Requirements & Qualifications

Previous experience in administrative or clerical roles

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
