– You will be sharing the apartment with one friendly, respectful Italian male who is fluent in English and has traveled extensively. He is a smoker. He smokes outside on balcony.
– We are seeking a stable living arrangement and prefer a renter who comes and goes regularly.

Important Note Regarding Common Areas:

Tuesday to Friday: 9:00 to 21:00, or 16:00 to 21:00, or 9:00 to 14:00. Schedule changes. When the room is free you are able to use the office space/living room, but normally no one likes being in that room because it’s isolated from the rest of the house. The kitchen is super and social.
