Together with Nature of Sal (@natureofsal) we bring you the best experiences for nature lovers, hikers, and outdoor enthusiasts!
Join us for a physically challenging (but not technically difficult) vertical hike up the Lepini Mountains, next to Sgurgola. According to legend, this town was founded by Spartacus, the famous gladiator who led the slave uprising.
The trail is accessible by train, and we’ll first make our way to the town of Sgurgola, and then explore the forest and its secrets as we make our way up to beautiful scenic points along the way.
While this hike isn’t technically difficult, it is physically very demanding, so for this hike very good fitness is required.
