This hike is accessible by train from Rome.

Duration: about 5 hours (the exact time varies, depending on the weather conditions and participants)

ℹ️ Difficulty Level: Moderate (Distance: 12km, 500m elevation gain, includes uneven, rocky terrain, river crossings)
ℹ️ The final duration of the hiking event and the itinerary may vary, depending on weather conditions, unexpected obstacles (e.g. a fallen tree along the way), or other safety reasons. It is at the discretion of the professional hiking guide to determine alternatives or to shorten or extend the experience.

What should you bring?
Obligatory: Hiking boots, 2 liters of water, layered clothing suited for an outdoor hike, backpack
Recommended: Hiking poles, Hat, protection from sun, comfortable backpack, raincoat, trail snacks
Optional: Electrolytes, sunglasses

Who is the guide?
Sal, a certified outdoor guide (member of AIGAE), leads this tour. He’s also a former Komoot route editor and a National Geographic Day Tour guide. His mission is to make information about the Italian outdoors and wilderness experiences accessible to everyone and to promote a healthier lifestyle and connection with nature.
